Refunds for items returned to the proper address in new condition are based on the price paid for the product, less a 15% - 20% restocking fee, depending on the product ordered.
Our address for product returns is not the same as our mailing address and returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted, or may incur additional charges in order to redirect to the proper location.
